4 Step 4Pick the export you needEach output has its own button: Export to PST, Export to MBOX, Export to PDF, Export to CSV, Extract EML Email and Export Calendar (ICS). Click one, choose the destination and start the export.Screenshot of step 4. Click to enlarge.
