Before You Start

1 Step 1

Open EML Converter

Start Magic Soft EML Converter. On the left are the Select Email Source box, the Source Mode options and three buttons: Browse Source, Load Mail and Export.

2 Step 2

Select the EML files and load them

Choose Folder to convert a folder of EML files in bulk, or Single file for one message. Click Browse Source to pick it, then click Load Mail. A progress window counts the messages as they load.

3 Step 3

Preview the emails

The tree shows the folder with its message count. Select it to list the messages, then click one to read it in the preview pane.

4 Step 4

Choose the format and destination

Click Export. Pick the output from the Format list: Outlook PST, EML, MBOX, PDF, MSG, contacts or calendar as CSV, or contacts as vCard. Set the destination and click Start Export.

5 Step 5

Check the output

When the export is complete, open the destination folder to find the converted files.
