YOU ALSO APPROVE THAT THIS CONTRACT IS THE WHOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REPORT OF CONTRACT BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND SUPPLANTS ALL SUGGESTED OR EARLIER CONTRACTS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS AMONG THE PARTIES INVOLVING TO THE LICENSE DEFINED HEREIN.

MAGIC SOFT RECOVERY® WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTIAL, SUBSTANTIAL OR INDIRECT COSTS (WITHOUT RESTRICTION, COSTS FOR BUSINESS PROCEEDS, DAMAGE OF ANY KIND OF BUSINESS INFO, BUSINESS DISRUPTION OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS) BY THE USE OF TOOL PRODUCT OR INCAPABILITY TO USE OR LET-DOWN TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE AMENITIES. IN ANY CASE MAGIC SOFT RECOVERY® ENTIRE RESPONSIBILITY SHALL BE RESTRICTED TO THE AMOUNT TRULY PAID BY YOU THROUGH THE TIME OF TOOL BUYING.
